As you know, the Ukrainian sailors named themselves the prisoners of war and refused to testify at the hearing. The Moscow court dismissed to change the case jurisdiction over Ukrainian sailors to a military court.

As ATR reported, Russian military forces captured three ships of the Naval Forces of Ukraine around the Kerch Strait on 25 November, 2018. During the Russia’s attack, 24 prisoners of war were highjacked. All of them were arrested in Crimea then illegally delivered to Russia. 21 sailors are being held in the Lefortovo detention center of Moscow, and three more are kept in the Matrosskaya Tishina.
